Promotions and Demotions

X I was hoping to speak with you via server rather then post seeing as i have no comp that I can get on with.

I was hopeing since I am a Mjr you could grant me the ability to give out Promotions and demotions to those that rank lower then my self. only in the sence that I can bring someone to Mjr no higher. And bump them to Pvt no lower. Any way if not here a list of thous who need promo/demo

I can give reasons why if need be.

Srg Fullmetal/Icyhott ----> Lt.

Pvt Moni -----> Cpl

Pls need to be bumped up if we still have them all.

Srg Rimshot ---- Lt. (or higher)

Lt. Bigred -----> Srg (or lower)

I would just say relay the info to me via the mic and I can post promotions and demotions

Can't say that I understand some, being on vacation and all, but there are some that I do understand.

I would really like to stay on the roster. I just would like to be promoted to a Private. I'm really sorry that I left to try and start up my old clan. I wish to come back to {JSA}, but only if you guys would like me to come back. I'm really sorry I left and wasn't loyal to u guys.
